The main object of the game is to catch Beanies, and they can get quite annoying if you let too many reach the bottom of the screen. But falling bonus objects and Bouncing Orange Eyes are worth more than Beanies. If you're aiming for a high score, you will have to decide when to go for the gold, and when to sacrifice more valuable objects to keep your Boppers safe from mean Beanies.
