Centipede Geneology

While not the most lucrative franchise, Centipede does have its fair share of sequels.

1980 - Centipede - In a forest full of magic bugs and mushrooms, shoot the bugs and try not to trip over the mushrooms.

1982 - Millipede - The centipede's cousin has infested the forest, and brought along a whole new cavalry of insects. Bees, beetles, and mosquitos are just a few of the new bugs waiting for you.

1998 - Centipede - Centipede joined the chain of 3D remakes with this PlayStation and PC release. A port for the Sega Dreamcast appeared the following year.

2011 - Centipede: Infestation - This Nintendo Wii and 3DS release challenges you to reforest a dying world, while fending off giant bugs with other ideas.
